L'iniziativa in favore della Federazione Internazionale di Croce Rossa e Mezzaluna Rossa è volta a: 1. Sostenere le società nazionali nell’istituzione o ulteriore sviluppo dei sistemi di Forecast-based Financing (FbF) esistenti, fornendo assistenza finanziaria e tecnica per sviluppare l’Early Action Protocol (EAP) da poter proporre al finanziamento dell'FbA del (Disaster Response Emergency Fund) DREF. 2. Sostenere le società nazionali con un sistema di FbF incompleto, fornendo assistenza finanziaria e tecnica, in modo che possano munirsi di un piano d'azione preventiva e richiedere finanziamenti al DREF per crisi imminenti, oppure di un EAP semplificato e richiedere un finanziamento dall'FbA del DREF. leggi tutto chiudi
