Description

Multi-sector bilateral initiative to be implemented in partnership with NGOs selected through a Call for Proposals. The projects are expected to last between 12 and 21 months and will be carried out across all areas of the country, in alignment with the three strategic objectives of the Syria Humanitarian Response Plan (HRP). The planned activities will include the direct provision of essential services, capacity building for local actors in service delivery, and community awareness activities. The initiative includes activities aimed at promoting gender equality, as well as an Expected Result (Result 4) entirely dedicated to training humanitarian personnel on PSEAH. It also promotes the protection and inclusion of people with disabilities through specific activities designed to address their needs and remove barriers to accessing essential services. Additionally, the initiative includes activities aimed at addressing specific needs and ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for children and adolescents. This initiative would be the continuation of the programs implemented over the last three years in partnership with Italian NGOs and their local and international partners. read more close
