Description

The proposal refers to the initiative " Italian Cofinancing to the EU Delegated Cooperation Initiative “Digital for Development (D4D) Hub” - Global D4D Hub Secretariat”. The initiative will contribute to support the implementation of the global Initiative “Digital for Development Hub” (D4D Hub) which serves as a multi-stakeholder platform ensuring dialogue and coordination among Member States (MS), EU Commission, tech companies and civil society to promote, implement and enhance the European way of human-centric approach to the digital transformation in partner Countries. In particular, this co-funding will contribute to support the implementation of the activities under the AICS responsibility envisaged in the Multi-Partner Contribution Agreement (MPCA) signed with the EU on 19.12.2023, through the recruitment of human resources that will be embedded in the Global Secretariat based in Brussels and two detached ones in Italy (HQ) and Colombia (AICS Bogotà) respectively, in line with the provisions of the aforementioned Agreement with the EU. read more close
