Description

The initiative aims at guaranteeing the Offices and Units of the Vice Technical Directorate (henceforth VDT) of the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS) the necessary technical, administrative and accounting assistance required - over the next two years - to carry on Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid activities, while at the same time reaching good levels of efficiency and efficacy. For instance, such activities may include the elaboration, implementation, management and monitoring of Programs, Projects, Call for proposals, the elaboration of Procedural Packages and thematic and sectorial Guidelines/operating Manuals. This Fund will provide the necessary financial resources to allow the VDT to employ qualified personnel with technical-economic-financial and, if necessary, administrative-accounting expertise not present in the Agency headquarters at the time when the operational need emerges. read more close
