| vocab:Description | L’iniziativa mira a garantire agli Uffici e Unità della Vice Direzione Tecnica (d’ora in avanti VDT) dell’Agenzia Italiana per la Cooperazione allo Sviluppo (AICS) la necessaria assistenza tecnica, amministrativo-contabile richiesta nel prossimo biennio per il raggiungimento delle performance quantitative e qualitative richieste alla VDT e che potranno riguardare, in modo esemplificativo e non esaustivo, l’elaborazione, realizzazione, gestione, monitoraggio di Programmi, di Bandi, di Iniziative in Italia e all’estero di Cooperazione allo Sviluppo e Aiuto Umanitario, all’elaborazione di Manuali operativi e Linee guida operative settoriali, Pacchetti Procedurali. La VDT, tramite il presente Fondo, potrà ricoprire i costi necessari per avvalersi di expertise tecnico-economico-finanziarie e, se necessario, amministrativo-contabili non presenti, ovvero limitatamente presenti nelle sedi centrali di AICS al momento in cui la necessità operativa emerge. |

For instance, such activities may include the elaboration, implementation, management and monitoring of Programs, Projects, Call for proposals, the elaboration of Procedural Packages and thematic and sectorial Guidelines/operating Manuals. This Fund will provide the necessary financial resources to allow the VDT to employ qualified personnel with technical-economic-financial and, if necessary, administrative-accounting expertise not present in the Agency headquarters at the time when the operational need emerges. |
