Description

The present initiative intends to give execution to the Italian commitment, expressed at the Sudan Partnership Conference in Berlin on 25 June 2020, to support the Sudan Family Support Program (SFSP). The SFSP is an income support financial scheme launched by the Government of Sudan as a measure to mitigate the adverse effects of macro-economic reforms on the most vulnerable population of the Country. Through the present contribution, WFP will provide the Sudanese government with transfers to families initially targeted for the start-up of the programme, according to the WFP rules and regulation. . read more close
