Description
The initiative aims to improve the productivity and income of 2,000 farming, livestock, and fishing families in the Al-Ghaib plain, Syria. Activities include the restoration of productive infrastructures, through the removal of invasive plants such as water hyacinth, and the upgrading of productive assets. The project promotes sustainable water resource management and social inclusion, involving women and people with disabilities. Income growth will be supported by the development of a local development plan, along with careful monitoring to ensure environmental, economic, and social sustainability.
