Description

The initiative, with a budget of €1,500,000 and a duration of 36 months, proposed by the University of Palermo aims to establish a high-level course in Public Administration management. This course is targeted at officials and managers already employed in strategic roles within public offices, both at the Central State level and at the Federal States level in Somalia, with the ultimate goal of ensuring greater access to rights for the population by improving public services for citizens. The training course will be structured and formalized as an Executive Master’s program with two specific curricula focusing on two key sectors of Public Administration: the healthcare and the justice sectors. The direct beneficiaries will include over 500 individuals, comprising university faculty professors trained (10-15); officials participating in the master’s program (140); and public administration officials who will host at least one master’s participant and are directly involved in the investigation of efficient work reorganization processes (360). This intervention contributes to SDGs 3, 16, and 17. read more close
