Description

The project is designed to provide farmers and stakeholders along the agribusiness supply chain with the means to address the most pressing challenges and make the most of opportunities in Egyptian agriculture. The initiative focuses on integrating advanced technological solutions to improve the sustainability, resilience and efficiency of the agribusiness sector. The goal of the project is to promote and transfer technological innovation within the Egyptian agribusiness sector by supporting start-ups and innovation teams, thus promoting the development and adoption of new technologies. It also aims to create an enabling environment for technology exchange and transfer in the agribusiness sector, stimulate new collaborations between science-based innovations and the private sector, and facilitate the validation and adoption of innovative solutions among smallholder farmers and agribusiness supply chain actors.
