Description

Recognizing the priority and strategic nature that the major initiatives of the Italian Cooperation intend to assume and responding to the invitation of the Director General of the DGCS, this proposed initiative intends to provide technical assistance to FAO by combining FAO experts with highly qualified expertise at a technical level and management by AICS, so that the FAO Green Cities Initiative for Africa during its implementation is enhanced locally and internationally and allows a scale-up. To achieve this, through this initiative, knowledge at all levels of the GCI Initiative and its operational feasibility will be improved and interaction between Italian stakeholders and between them and the GCI initiative and FAO will be facilitated. read more close
