The project, in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Center of the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, aims to increase the diffusion and effectiveness, on a global scale, of local, resilient and sustainable food systems, through the strengthening of the RLFSC Alliance. Local food systems, with the diversity of their agro-phytobiological, socio-economic and cultural heritage, represent a strategic resource for the transition towards a more sustainable, just, healthy and democratic food system.
