Voluntary contribution to the activities of the FAO of the United Nation for the FAO Green Cities Initiative in Action for Africa which aims at the formulation of a bankable Programme to be submitted to the Italian Climate Fund to operationalize and scalp up FAO Green Cities approach in 10 African cities and improve their governance while supporting the climate change adaptation. The initiative aims at fostering an action plan to test and implement innovative and locally designed climate adaptation intervention, continuous transfer of know-how and the development of urban agriculture. read more close
