Description

The initiative aims to improve the living conditions of migrant and refugee populations, victims of internal armed conflict, and local communities - particularly women, youth, children and people with disabilities - in vulnerable situations in the border areas of Colombia with Venezuela and Panama. Specifically, the objectives will be achieved by: 1) providing humanitarian assistance to address emergencies generated by mixed migration flows and the internal armed conflict; 2) promoting access to basic services such as health and education to ensure decent living conditions; 3) enhancing the social, economic, and cultural integration of vulnerable populations through vocational training, economic empowerment, and actions to promote peaceful coexistence. read more close
