This Seminar, organized from 14 to 23 September 2023 in Italy, aimed at promoting common training in dealing with the problems of crisis and development in the Balkans / Eastern Europe and the Middle East through a common analysis of the critical issues and aimed at joint research of answers and possible solutions shared also with the universities mentioned above to the questions of peace and sustainable development.
