Description

Creative Tunisia 2.0 is a new component of Creative Tunisia 1.0 which intends to contribute to the evolution of Tunisian artisanat into a higher value-added economic sector, developing its potential in terms of business creation, jobs, and export to foreign markets. The innovative aspect of this component is that it offers technical trainings and financial tools to key migration actors (including Tunisian return migrants, asylum seekers, refugees, unemployed youth and women, and generally to the most vulnerable segments of the population), in order to reduce and possibly prevent irregular migration and brain drain from Tunisia. The new component will provide them with concrete alternatives and will also enable to utilize and valorize the competence and partnership of the Tunisian diaspora living abroad. Furthermore, Creative Tunisia 2.0 will benefit from the network of associations and groups currently supported by Creative Tunisia 1.0 to strengthen the partnership with the private sector, thus contributing to increase the Project’s sustainability. read more close
