Description
This initiative aims to respond to the current humanitarian crisis caused by insecurity in Cabo Delgado Province. The initiative will promote the restoration of livelihoods and the reactivation of the local economy through the provision of early recovery packages to approximately 1,995 vulnerable families including IDPs, returnees and the local population in the Northern district of Palma. The activities will contribute to food security, agricultural conservation (the introduction of agricultural conservation will be developed as a tool to increase agricultural production/productivity adapting to climate change), nutrition and womens empowerment at the household and community level.
