Description

The initiative aims to contribute to the inclusive and integrated development of people with disabilities in Mali and Senegal in order to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. The initiative addresses the provision of integrated health services including sexual, reproductive and maternal health services to people with disabilities in Mali and Senegal. Activities related to this outcome include: strengthening the skills and capacities of health and social workers in diagnostics and intake (including home visits), improving the structural accessibility of services, strengthening associations of persons with disabilities including women's organizations on human rights, SR, VBG and SRAJ, awareness raising activities and financial support for victims of gender-based violence. read more close
