Description

The programme aims at contributing to the job creation process of the Government of Mozambique articulated in the Action Plan of the Employment Policy (PAPE 2021-2024). The intervention strategy consists of 4 main components: support for investments in technicalprofessional training oriented to satisfy the current needs of the labour market, with particular focus on the digital technology sector (ICT); promote the expansion of competitive micro- and small businesses through easier access to finance and tutoring services and through a business incubator/accelerator specialized in the ICT sector; institutional support for the implementation of regulations on health, safety at work and welfare. The fourth component consists in an institutional building action of the Secretariat of State for Youth and Employment (SEJE), the body responsible for the implementation and institutional coordination of the Action Plan. read more close
