Description
The initiative aims to create sustainable livelihoods and develop skills for young people as an alternative to irregular migration, increasing access to employment opportunities and income-generating activities in the Kayes and Segou Regions, areas of origin of young irregular migrants in Mali. The project aims to promote the development of skills and entrepreneurial activities in the two regions, thus allowing the social and economic empowerment of young people. Specifically, the project aims to create 300 new job opportunities and will support 500 entrepreneurial projects in the two regions. It will assist 1.180 people with effective information sharing, job counselling and safe migration.
