Description
The International Programme for Law and Development Aim at offering a theoretical -practical training of jurists from legislative offices of ministries and magistrates- coming from the African continent. It is aimed at increasing the knowledge of the instruments of comparative private law which are already consolidated in the practice of the international community. The course, meant to take place every year, also points at establishing a virtual community in Africa with the aim of facilitating the exchange of experiences, problems and solutions. Courses include a big component on agriculture, including contracts, finance, quality investments, supply chain, sustainability and local markers resilience. The Organization follows a strict gender quality policy and plans to dedicate half of the positions to women (as in previous editions).
