Description

The Fund in Loco is aimed at covering the preparatory courses of the Italian language - basic knowledge, organized in Somalia before the departure of the fellows to the Italian universities of destination. These courses, which are complementary to the advanced courses offered to fellows in Italy in collaboration with the Roma Tre University Linguistic Center, cover a basic knowledge of the Italian language and culture and are open both to fellows, for the first month, and to UNS students and professors interested in furthering this subject, for a total of about 60 places available.This activity, carried out in agreement with the Italian Embassy in Mogadishu and in line with that Embassy's policy of promoting the Italian language and culture in Somalia, remains in line with the recent resolution of the UNS Academic Senate to reintroduce the use and teaching of the Italian language in the Somali university.. read more close
