Description

The initiative aims at researching and training local and potential tour operators with the purpose to include the tourist offer in a Destination Management System, i.e. a specific software for tourism products. It also aims at developing a model of innovative digital tourist office for the just-in-time management and customization of services on customer needs. The project will initially involve the area of Tuzlas Canton with a first phase focused on the creation of the product. Market promotion activities and training courses to strengthen the skills of local staff, will also be implemented. read more close
