Description
This proposal aims to support Christian minorities who have seen their living and security conditions deteriorate as a result of the Iraqi conflict, the establishment of the caliphate and the period of instability that has characterised the entire region for years. The action is structured in three main results and has as its main target on children, young people and women living in the area of Baghdad. The project will promote the improvement of education services by increasing their quality, access and ensuring their inclusiveness in order to promote a peaceful coexistence of different cultures and religious representatives who attend the Saint Joseph school in Baghdad. The project will rehabilitate the pre-school area of the school and equip it with proper materials and equipment. In addition, the skills of the teachers in the area will be improved with specific technical training and knowledge of international models (R1).
