Description

The project will therefore intervene to resolve the above mentioned problems, acting on the various fronts identified; each of the three NGOs will act in a specific sector, with the common aim of favouring the creation/reinforcement of new and sustainable social businesses: VIS through the trainings on management and sustainability of social businesses - with the Bethlehem University managed by Lasallians - and in the recovery of green spaces to be used for community integration inside the Cremisan park, managed by the Salesians; ATS in the promotion of catering and hospitality activities managed by Christian women in vulnerable conditions, in collaboration with the Franciscans; finally the GPII foundation in training and employment in the artisan and artistic sector, together with the Piccirillo Handicraft Center, always in collaboration with the Franciscans. Finally, all the partners together will work to organize activities aimed at encouraging interreligious dialogue and building a culture of peace.
Project activities will take place in the Bethlehem Governorate, particularly in Bethlehem and Cremisan, but will also involve beneficiaries from Jerusalem and other areas inhabited by Christians. read more close
