Description

The activities that will be implemented during the implementation of the project in favor of SoM can be summarized as follows: A) institutional strengthening, B) initial and continuing education (judges, prosecutors, judicial administration and officials public), C) study visits in Italy, D) development of materials and training equipment. The results expected from the implementation of the project are summarized as follows: improvement of the governance and professionalism of SoM; Strengthening of training offer to judges and officials in the short and long term; Increase of the analysis capacity of the case-law and scientific production of SoM; Greater visibility and attractiveness of SoM; Development of the network of institutional relations at European level of the Albanian institutions present in the field of Rule of Law. read more close
