Description

The SHF is a multi-donor country-based pooled fund (CBPF) established in June 2014 by the Emergency Relief Coordinator, after the decentralization of the Syria Regional Emergency Fund, which covered Jordan, Lebanon and Syria, to facilitate the timely allocation and disbursement of donor resources to meet the most urgent humanitarian needs and assist people affected by the ongoing conflict in Syria.
