Description

The Initiative addresses the lack of sexual and reproductive health services, prevention and response services to gender-based violence, and income-generating opportunities for the most vulnerable women and youth in the Raqqa Governorate. The activities implemented by UNFPA include the provision of specialized and integrated sexual and reproductive health services and prevention and response to gender-based violence, as well as the distribution of dignity kits to women and girls and awareness-raising and community engagement activities aimed at preventing gender-based violence. The activities implemented by UNDP will strengthen livelihood opportunities for women and youth through support for wheat to bread value chain. read more close
