Description

The project proposal submitted by IOM aims at improving the psychosocial wellbeing of refugees and host communities, and at enhancing social cohesion. The project is in line with the strategy established for the Protection sector in the Lebanon Crisis Response Plan 2017-2020. Planned activities includes the provision of psychosocial services provided by three "Recreational and Counseling Centers for Families" established by IOM within the decentralized facilities managed by the Lebanese Ministry of Social Affairs. The project also contributes to strengthen the capacities of national institutions and civil society to provide psychosocial services and promote inter-community dialogue and social cohesion. read more close
