Description

The initiative aims to improve the quality of emergency health services under the medical and under the organizational and management point of views in health care service (hospitals and basic health care facilities) and outside the hospital (management of the patient on site and/or his transfer to a suitable care facility). The health care and territorial service of the coastal areas are those on which support will focus (with specific attention to the Valona Hospital tha will constitute "the model"). However, taking into account the need to transfer the most complex cases (health referral system), at least for the coordination component between services and transfers, the iniatiative could provide a minim support also at the central level of Tirana. read more close
