Description

This project supports gender equality and women empowerment, with a focus on Women Economic Empowerment. The three areas of intervention will be: (a) Supporting the DSW both at national and local level in the implementation of the National Strategic Plan for the Advancement of Women in Myanmar (NSPAW 2013 – 2022) through the TWG already established; (b) Supporting both DSW and DRD at local level (Chin State) in fostering the gender equality approach (gender mainstreaming) throughout the civil society; (c) Supporting local female micro-entrepreneurs in their effort of setting up economic activities, thus generating income and employment. read more close
