Description

The present project focuses on patient victims of Mosul conflict in need of rehabilitation.
The intervention will consist in fitting the disabled with prosthesis and/or appropriate orthoses free of charge and providing series of rehabilitation sessions to patients with new prosthesis and/or orthoses, thus reducing the impact of their acquired disability on daily life.
The project will established a referral system with the Mosul Rehabilitation centre which will elaborate the list of patients eligible for prosthesis or other orthopaedic devices to be provided in Suleimania and will follow up the patients after they received the rehabilitation
