The initiative aims to help saving lives and reducing the suffering of Venezuela's populations in vulnerable conditions, affected by a complex and structural humanitarian crisis further aggravated by the earthquake of 24 June 2026. The intervention provides a rapid, multisectoral response to the immediate needs generated by the earthquake, including shelter, food security and nutrition, WASH and psychosocial support, while also strengthening access to essential services, community health with particular attention to sexual and reproductive health and gender-based violence, and the socioeconomic integration of returnees.
