Description

The project aims to strengthen the FAO e-learning Academy, making it capable of delivering personalized, competency-based learning pathways that improve employability and entrepreneurial capacity among agri-food professionals and youth. This is important because access to certified knowledge leads to enhanced capacities and, ultimately, more dignified and attractive livelihoods in agri-food systems. Key outputs of the project are: a) a Youth Hub for agri-food entrepreneurs, offering youth-specific learning paths, user guidance, and targeted products to navigate resources; b) competency-based learning paths and certifications; c) partnerships with universities and specialized institutions, including agronomic institutes, to co-develop content, promote uptake, and provide technical support and mentorship, including for priority value chains. read more close
