Technical assistance for cooperation activities in Eritrea. This initiative provides financial and human resources to the AICS Cairo Office to support the extension of its operational scope to Eritrea. The funding aims to strengthen the office's technical and administrative capacity to ensure the effective planning, management, and monitoring of projects in the country, focusing primarily on emergency response, health, agriculture, rural development, and the protection of environmental and cultural heritage.
