Description

The UNHCR initiative aims to strengthen protection and socio-economic inclusion for refugees, asylum seekers and vulnerable migrants in Brazil, particularly in Roraima and relocation areas. With a €500,000 contribution, the 12-month project will provide legal aid, documentation support, cash assistance for urgent needs and vocational training to foster self-reliance. It adopts an Age, Gender and Diversity (AGD) approach and aligns with the humanitarian-development-peace triple nexus, Italy’s Cooperation priorities, and the 2025–2026 Regional Refugee and Migrant Response Plan. read more close
