Description
The 12-month initiative contributes to the Myanmar Humanitarian Fund (MHF), managed by OCHA, in response to the growing needs and complexity of the Myanmar crisis. The Fund aims to ensure the timely and efficient allocation and mobilization of resources to operational partners, with particular attention to the localization of the humanitarian response, and to the integration of the gender dimension. This approach makes it possible to identify needs differentiated by sex and age, plan inclusive strategies, and ensure effective, multisectoral, and gender-sensitive assistance for the most vulnerable groups, including women and girls. The MHF supports the achievement of the objectives and targets set out in the Humanitarian Needs and Response Plan Myanmar 2025 and subsequent Addenda.
