Description
The program aims to support the capacities of affected countries to produce safe and nutritious food, improve access to regional and international markets and trade, and leverage opportunities for partnerships, investment, and local job creation. This will be done through better implementation of the One Health model to strengthen countries' capacities to manage pandemic threats, including antimicrobial resistance, by improving policies, regulations, and multisectoral collaboration. The target countries for the initiative are Tunisia, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Egypt, and Algeria.
