The initiative aims to develop an integrated and sustainable management system for the cultural and natural heritage of Odessa's historic center, recently designated as a UNESCO site. The project seeks to enhance resilience and improve heritage conservation through a strategic, participatory, and technologically advanced approach. It includes the creation of a GIS platform and 3D digital models for site documentation and management, along with harmonizing Ukrainian legislation to European standards.
