This initiative is structured in two complementary components: the first is a EUR 1 million contribution to the GFDRR multi-donor trust fund to support the loss and damage agenda; the second is a EUR 1 million contribution to the multi-donor trust fund called City Resilient Program to strengthen the resilience and adaptation of urban centres in West Africa.
