Description
The initiative aims to foster a stronger sense of community and network and will highlight the work and mission of the Organisation. The museum will be a permanent exhibition dedicated to food and agriculture from its earliest developments to current research goals. The project will foster to knowledge sharing, advances in science and agricultural production, innovation and the role of women, youth and indigenous peoples in creating a sustainable future. The goal will be to stimulate grater engagement among young people as agents of change, increasing awareness of current and future global food security challenges, with a focus on developing countries. The initiative highlights Italy's unique role in embodying FAO values and showcases dedication to its mission. In particular, it highlights the Italian Development Cooperation efforts to contribute to the Organization goal to achieve food security for all and make sure that people in the poorest countries have regular access to enough high-quality food to lead active, healthy lives
