Description

The general objective of the IDEE BRIDGE project is to increase the economic opportunities of young Nigeriens in order to offer an alternative to irregular migration to industrialized countries. Building on the lessons learned and the results of the IDEE project (Initiatives for the Development of Enterprise), funded by AICS and implemented between June 2017 and October 5, 2020, the project aims to support the entrepreneurial initiatives of those who were, in different capacities, beneficiaries during the IDEE project, and to give the most vulnerable youth the opportunity to find a dignified and secure job. In particular, the project will allow the creation of more than 400 jobs in the four zones of intervention, in addition to supporting the development of the entrepreneurial environment of the region of Agadez through the support of the University of Agadez in the implementation of activities aimed at raising awareness among students on self-employment and entrepreneurship. read more close
