The SHF is a country-based pooled fund, which aims to promote a timely, strategic and coordinated response to the country's critical needs in emergency, supporting the Humanitarian Response Plan (HRP) prepared by OCHA Sudan.The Fund mainly aims at:- improve humanitarian response by increasing funding to priority humanitarian needs through an inclusive and coordinated process at the field level;- strengthen the leadership of the HC;- contribute to the delivery of the Humanitarian Response Plan (HRP) within the context of the Humanitarian Program Cycle (HPC) or any agreed upon strategy by the HC. read more close
