Description
The project aims at contributing to the consolidation of the higher education reform in Albania by: i) providing institutional support to the Albanian Ministry of Education in the preparation of the higher education secondary legislation; ii) establishing unified ICT instruments for the delivery of services to students and teachers; iii) defining a customer feed-back mechanism on the delivered services.
The project was able to:
i) Share Italian best practices in terms of the reform of higher education through the contribution of distinguished professors from important Italian universities, already involved in the reform of higher education in Italy;
ii) Develop 6 specific regulatory acts on the reform of higher education in Albania;
iii) Improve and integrate other 21 specific regulatory acts on the reform of higher education in Albania;
iv) Support the Education Service Center in the preparation of a medium-long term technical-financial sustainability plan;
v) Develop a scientific study on the involvement of the Albanian academic diaspora in the world. read more close
