Description

The three year Project “Raising Youth Employment through School-Enterprise Connections in Bac Ninh Province” aims at improving the accessibility to the labor market and at increasing the average wage level of young people by directly benefiting two vocational training schools and a rehabilitation center for disabled people in Bac Ninh Province. The main activities of the Project include (i) Application of innovative methods in curricula design; (ii) Improvement of knowledge and skills of personnel in charge of training activities; (iii) Establishment of linkages and an institutionalized network between training institutions and enterprises. The Project intends to shape a sustainable model for boosting youth employment that can be easily replicated in other areas. The Project has a total budget of 1 million euros (with a grant from Italy of 700 thousand euros) is implemented by Associazione Centro ELIS. read more close
