Description

The Project “Improving SME productive capacity and competitiveness in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai and Binh Duong Provinces” aims to improve competitiveness and production capacity of Vietnamese SMEs in HCMC, Dong Nai and Binh Duong Provinces. The long-term objective of the programme will be reached through environmentally sustainable industrial development activities, the eased access to credit conditions, and the inclusion of young and women entrepreneurs. The project is expected to upgrade the technological level of local SMEs in the identified areas and selected sectors and to assist the SMEs in selected sectors to improve management and technical skills as well as productive capacity. The total Project budget includes a soft loan of 15 million EUR to be on lend to SMEs in the form of credit line and an ODA grant of 350,000 EUR for the Project technical assistance, and the counterpart fund of 4, 66 million EUR. read more close
