Description

The intervention is designed to operate both at the central and local levels, with an integrated, multi-level approach based on four strategic pillars: the development of professional skills, the improvement of access to care, digital innovation, and the promotion of prevention. At the heart of the project is the strengthening of the role of the National Cardiology Center (CNC), in line with its institutional mandate as a center of clinical excellence, training, and coordination, and as the central hub of a network of provincial healthcare facilities. While the proposal was initially designed to act at both the central and local levels, its operational activities have since been limited to the central level, whereas preparatory activities are planned for the local level. A key element of the intervention is the enhancement of the clinical skills of healthcare personnel through a comprehensive program of specialized on-the-job training. read more close
