Description
The initiative aims to support the development of the Ars Aevi Museum, capacity building, training, and exchange of experiences with international actors in the cultural sector to provide the Museum with greater resources, tools, institutional and professional capabilities for the protection of cultural heritage, contemporary arts, and the promotion of cultural diversity. The objective is that, through planned actions and expected results, the Ars Aevi Museum, in collaboration with the City of Sarajevo and the Government of the Canton of Sarajevo, can continuously, effectively, and efficiently carry out its role as an agent of sustainable development in the field of arts, creativity, and dialogue, strengthening its role, also at an international level, as a vehicle for mitigating religious and social tensions, becoming a dynamic element capable of contributing to the consolidation of stabilization processes and lasting peace. Financial support for the realization of the above Action is ensured through the international Trust Fund established and managed by UNESCO.
