The proposed initiative aims to respond to the specific request for technical assistance submitted by the Vietnamese Ministry for Natural Resources and Environment (MoNRE) to AICS Hanoi (Mess. I.0033538.26-11-2021), by providing valid support to enhancing the regulatory framework on water resources management, through the formulation of recommendations and support in the coordination and involvement of institutions, civil society, private sector and development actors interested in an improved regulatory framework and governance on Early Warning Systems (EWS) and flood management and how these feed into the Decision Support Systems (DSS) on multi-reservoir operations. read more close
