Description
The initiative aims to contribute to the strengthening of the Rule of Law in Albania supporting the relevant self-governance institutions of the judicial system in the country (High Judicial Council, High Prosecutorial Council and High Judicial Inspectorate) to implement the justice reform by strengthening their independence (via meritocracy and career), accountability and transparency, and efficiency in line with the EU acquis and best practices, as well as to improve coordination and communication of the above mentioned Institutions through the establishment of sustainable mechanism in line with the best European practices.
