The intervention aims at achieving long-term objectives of peace, security, unity, good governance, democratization, rule of law and climate resilience in Somalia, through investments focused on developing resilience that will evolve into social stabilization. The project, developed by Somali Institutions in agreement with the Italian Cooperation, will be developed in successive phases. This is Phase I.
